John Farmer in Augsburg

Reservations definitely recommended as the restaurant is always busy. The restaurant is nicely decorated and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. The food was delicious and the portions are good. The steak was great and especially the grilled vegetables. I am always very happy about the homemade honey bread that you get on the house. There are enough parking spaces.

Well ... after we had discovered a piece of foil in the side salad and reported it, we got a "happened" and after all of our amazement followed a reluctant ".. then I'll give you the corn on the cob for free". I didn't feel like complaining about my tough steak anymore. That could clearly have gone better ... too bad ...

The food was excellent, the service courteous and very friendly. Almost too little parking space in the courtyard. What would be annoying is the high noise level. You don't even understand the service and it is difficult to chat at the table. At the moment, however, the best steakhouse in Augsburg in our opinion. We were at least 10 people and everyone was very satisfied!

More than just delicious. A firework of taste for every steak lover and those who really want to feast again. The prices are really justified and still cheap. Simply one of the best restaurants in Augsburg. An absolute must!

For many years the number one on my list where I liked to spend my money and get some good tasting steaks for. Typically American location with proper atmosphere, lots of well known personalities hanging in pictures all over the walls, u can almost feel & home there. Since one year things get worse, the personal changed, kinda unfriendly, prices are rising, the steaks don't really taste anymore as good...Down to one stat because the location get worse over time: even more unfriendly personal (new staff lacks proper language, acts unprofessional), long waiting time after order, not may choices on the card as earlier , prices are also again higher.

Was okay, had a BBQ burger with fries. Wouldn't advise against it now, but wouldn't necessarily recommend it either.

We have eaten here a few times with family and friends. Yesterday, on Sunday, the two of us came and, after making a reservation by phone, got a nice place in the shady beer garden of the restaurant. Food and drinks were very good as always. We especially loved the steaks. The service was quick and friendly as usual.

The long journey is worth it. Our favorite steak place. Super delicious food, short waiting time. Price performance fits. Would be there more often if it were closer!

Steak was fantastic, ordered english-medium and received exactly that. The portion sizes of fries, bread and other condiments were enormous (for me). The spare ribs from the other table looked delicious, which means I will definitely come back. The service was on point and made me feel very welcome. Sitting outside was lovely, however some may find the street noises a bit irritating while eating.

Absolutely top from service to food. Meat to the point, service not intrusive and sees immediately if what is missing or you need something. Definitely worth the money👍👍👍👍Please keep it up.

We appreciate the good and prompt service here, however the meal was just alright. Loved the presentation and the decorations of the restaurant, overall the dining experience was pleasant.

We had a nice experience in here, the place is nice, the personal is always smiling and friendly, the food was really good and the prices are ok. We will come back for sure.

The restaurant is easily accessible. Only at the parking situation could be worked a little. We were a group of 10 people. For this the service was ok. Sometimes this one could be a bit faster. The food was, in my opinion, in need of improvement. My Zwiebelrostbraten (medium) was unfortunately not very tasty. The meat was sometimes a bit tough and the fried potatoes were unfortunately very soggy. Too bad at the price. But the appetizer was delicious. Overall, the restaurant is fine. The price / performance ratio depends on the court. The quality of the product is in some products in need of improvement.
